Returns and Warranty

Warranty:

We take pride in our quality products.  We are happy to offer a lifetime guarantee on all of our Xstamper Pre-Inked Stamps.  All other stamps have a one year warranty against defects in material and workmanship from date of purchase.  If Rubber Stamp Warehouse makes an error on your product we will be happy to replace your product at no charge.  We cannot be held responsible for errors or mistakes a customer makes when entering an order.

Please note: We cannot offer a warranty for any damages or defects caused by re-inking with the incorrect ink or with inks purchased from a different company.

Returns & Exchanges:

Products that are custom cannot be returned or exchanged.  Returns for stock items, in their original packaging, will only be accepted with a prior authorization from Rubber Stamp Warehouse.  If a stock item is returned, once it is received and inspected charges will be refunded less original shipping amount. 

Procedure for Returning an Item:

Please note we only accept returns for stock items that are still in their original packaging.  We allow returns for applicable items within 20 days of when the product left our warehouse.  Please follow the following steps to initiate a return.

    1) Send an email to sales@rubberstampwarehouse.com explaining you wish to return an item.  Please include your name, contact information and order number.
    2) Rubber Stamp Warehouse will get in touch with you via email within 1-2 days with instructions on how to return your items.
    3) The only fee associated with returning an applicable item will be what was originally charged for shipping on the order.  For example, you will recieve the value of your returned items minus shipping charges.

We will refund your money via the same method you paid with.

Changes to Order:

We work around an extremely fast turn-around time. If you see you made an error on your order get in contact ASAP. Generally, orders are entered into the system within minutes after they are received. To correct any errors we will need to be notified before the order has went into production. Once the order is in production there is no way of correcting any mistakes or misspellings.

Rubber Stamp Warehouse has the right to refuse any order with derogatory, vulgar language or images.
